Motion to hold a public hearing in collaboration with the Clean Rivers Campaign to examine the cost-effective and innovative green solutions to the Federally mandated ALCOSAN sewer renovation. County Council has an important role to play in the region's largest ever public investment by approving ALCOSAN leadership. The Public Hearing will bring together experts and constituents from across the region who can speak to the econocmi, enviornmental, and social benefits of a plan that invests in green infrastructure first paired with gray strategies to solve the region's water quality problems.
