This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. James Joseph Knepper, Jr. in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Knepper's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project, Mr. Knepper planned, provided fundraising for and managed the rehabilitation of the Gardens at Robin Hill Park in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, reestablishing and revitalizing the public garden for the enjoyment of all Moon Township residents. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Knepper has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
