This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Noah Henri Adams in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Adam's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project, Mr. Adams built a Chimney Swift (Chaetura pelagica) nesting tower in Richland Community Park to help with the conservation of these birds and to benefit the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania and all Richland Township residents. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Adams has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
