This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Patrick Tyler Ruffing in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Ruffing's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Mr. Ruffing refurbished St. Mark's Parish grotto by removing existing shrubs, cleaning and resetting memorial bricks, adding a concrete border along with new L.E.D. lighting and landscape improvements. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Patrick Tyler Ruffing has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
