This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Bryer John Cochenour in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Cochenour's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Mr. Cochenour led the way for the installation of a thirty six foot handicap accessible walkway at the Mount Vernon Community Presbyterian Church in Elizabeth Township. The project included the removal of existing cement slabs, a large tree and several tons of dirt. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Bryer has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
