This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Ms. Stephanie Walsh, Chief Operating Officer of Auberle, for winning the Pittsburgh Business Times 2015 BusinessWomen First Award. The award recognizes the top women executives in the region who have made a difference in their communities, blazed a trail for other women, and are leaving a mark on the Western Pennsylvania business community. Stephanie's recognition as a BusinessWomen First Award Winner is a reflection of her commitment to improving the lives of children and families across the region. During her time at Auberle, Stephanie led the efforts to obtain Sanctuary® certification, a process designed to promote, sustain and strengthen an organization's commitment to the maintenance of a trauma informed culture for all stakeholders. In addition to implementing Sanctuary® programming and becoming a Certified Sanctuary® Organization, Stephanie has propelled Auberle's quality improvement efforts to a new level. Allegheny County Council does hereby congratulate Ms. Stephanie Walsh for being named a 2015 BusinessWomen First Awardee, and we thank her for her dedication to serving children and families. She serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
