This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to thirty young entrepreneurs for participating in the 2015 iPitch Competition held on March 28, 2015 at the Google Headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The competition is part of Entrepreneuring Youth's multi-year program to help young people, 11-18 years old, in economically-fragile neighborhoods, learn to start and own businesses. Thirty aspiring young entrepreneurs representing 22 different businesses competed for cash prizes and local notoriety as they presented their business ideas to a panel of judges. iPitch was designed by Entrepreneuring Youth to help youth gain confidence and knowledge and practice their newfound skills. The Pittsburgh-based nonprofit, an affiliate of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, believes that when youth harness an entrepreneurial mindset and possess the necessary skills, their economic possibilities are endless. This Council commends you for creating your own business and competing in the 2015 iPitch event. You have set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow.  You serve as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
