This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Benjamin David Hooper in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Hooper's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Mr. Hooper led a group of volunteers to construct a fire pit and patio for Saint Bernadette's Parish in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Benjamin has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow.
