This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Kevin Alexander Rasmussen in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Rasmussen's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Mr. Rasmussen constructed five benches for the White Oak Animal Safe Haven. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Kevin has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow.
