This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. William Joseph Boehner in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Boehner's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Mr. Boehner organized Troop 4 to construct a picnic table and shelter on the Montour Bike Trail. Over 5 days he organized volunteers in cutting and staining lumber, constructing the table and shelter, landscaping, and he also held a car wash fundraiser to benefit the Montour Bike Trail. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Bill has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
