This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to the top cadets in recognition of their nomination to receive a West Mifflin Area High School/Air Force Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (AFJROTC) Award. The objectives of the AFJROTC are to educate and train high school cadets in citizenship, promote community service, instill responsibility, character, and self-discipline, and provide instructions in air space fundamentals. Each cadet has demonstrated outstanding leadership potential and made significant contributions to West Mifflin Area High School's JROTC program during school year 2014-2015. This Council commends your leadership and communication skills: Throughout your participation in the West Mifflin Area High School's Air Force JROTC Program, you have set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow.
