Body...

This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to the North Hills Middle School in honor of the school's first-ever prestigious Pennsylvania Don Eichhorn Schools: Schools to Watch® designation. The Schools to Watch® designation notes the middle school as one of a small number of diverse, high-performing, growth-oriented middle-grades schools demonstrating what all middle schools are capable of achieving. In June, the North Hills Middle School will be recognized at the National Schools to Watch Conference. North Hills Middle School is one of only 33 schools in Pennsylvania to be recognized in the program. This Council commends the North Hills Middle School for creating a supportive learning climate that allows students and teachers to excel in academics and in life. We congratulate the middle school students and staff of North Hills Middle School for being named a 2015 Don Eichhorn Schools to Watch® and we hereby declare Thursday, May 7, 2015 as "North Hills Middle School: Schools to Watch® Day" in Allegheny County.
