This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Mrs. Anne Rack Stencil upon the momentous occasion of her 100th birthday. Mrs. Stencil was born on April 10, 1915 in Wisconsin but lived most of her life in the Boston section of Elizabeth Township in the Rack homestead. She was married to the late Joseph Stencil and they had a daughter, Dolores. Mrs. Stencil was active in numerous women's groups in Elizabeth Township and sold Avon for 25 years. She is an avid Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan and rarely missed watching a Pittsburgh game. She is lovingly referred to as Mum-Mum by her family and friends. Her family is the highlight of her life. Mrs. Stencil has two grandchildren, Jill and Dean, and three great-grandchildren, Lucas, Alysa, and Chelsea. We honor Mrs. Stencil for her longevity, which can be attributed to her positive outlook on life, and we wish her and her family all the best as she celebrates her 100th birthday.
