This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Gregory D. Korbe in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Korbe's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Greg organized and held a collection drive to benefit veterans and troops overseas. Greg surpassed his goal of raising $500, and raised $1,400 and gathered 18 boxes of donations to provide care packages for U.S. Service members. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Korbe has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
