This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to the forty-eight (48) talented young professionals from regional companies and organizations in recognition of their completion of the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) XXII Class. This is the twenty-second cohort of LDI, a program of Leadership Pittsburgh, Inc., that recognizes the future leaders of our community, enhances their leadership potential, and serves as a retention and engagement tool for the Greater Pittsburgh area's businesses and nonprofits. Participants expand their knowledge about our region by tackling topics such as: community and economic development, social capital, community issues and persuasion, perspective and diversity, just to name a few. The 10-month program includes time for participants to create and implement a Community Impact Project with fellow classmates and participants plan and take part in at least one community volunteer opportunity. We congratulate each young professional for graduating from the LDI XXII Class, and for your commitment to learning how to become a collaborative leader and affecting positive change in the Pittsburgh region.
