This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Edward and Virginia Moore of Elizabeth Township upon the monumental occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. The former Virginia Kay Fordyce and Moore were married on August 6, 1965, in Boston United Methodist Church by her father, the Rev. Kenneth Fordyce. Mr. Moore worked at the G.C. Murphy Co. warehouse and Mrs. Moore worked in the McKeesport Hospital lab with Dr. William F. Ryckman. They are the proud parents of Edward Moore, Dr. Diane Fine and the late Craig Moore, who died in 1972, and Owen Moore, who died in 2010. The couple has 3 cherished grandchildren, Tristan, Hailey, and Oliver. We are pleased to recognize the couple’s impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Moore on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
