Allegheny County Council is pleased to present this Certificate of Recognition to the Baldwin Borough for uniting citizens, hosting businesses and promoting community spirit during its annual Community Day celebration on August 1, 2015 at the Baldwin Borough Municipal Complex. The family event begins with the Baldwin Mile, a parade and an afternoon of carnival booths, children’s rides, a petting zoo with pony rides, free swimming at the Baldwin Pool, an antique car show and an evening fireworks display. This year’s sponsors include Dean’s Beer, John Slater Funeral Home, and Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc. We recognize the Baldwin Borough for successfully utilizing collaboration to improve the community and for remaining committed to bringing this memorable event to its residents. Furthermore, this Council extends its deepest appreciation for Baldwin Borough’s exemplary dedication to the community.
