This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Mr. and Mrs. Gary and Arlene Funk of Sutersville, Pennsylvania upon the monumental occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. The former Arlene Benson of West Mifflin and Funk were married on September 4, 1965 in Homestead Park United Methodist Church by his brother, the Rev. Thomas Funk. Gary is retired from WHEMCO in West Homestead and Arlene is retired from First Niagara Bank in Elizabeth Township. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Colleen and Christy, and the grandparents of three granddaughters, Tiana, Tory and Mia. We are pleased to recognize the couple’s impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Gary and Arlene on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
