This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Josh Traczynski of Boy Scout Troop 1640 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting’s most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Traczynski’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Mr. Traczynski built a retaining wall near the park’s pavilion at High Street Park in Versailles Borough. He was inspired to start the project after seeing the poor condition of the wall. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Traczynski has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
