This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Noah Heinrich of Boy Scout Troop 248 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting’s most distinguished honor. We commend Mr. Heinrich’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout project, Mr. Heinrich installed two 20 foot french drains at the entrance of the South Fayette Wetland Trail, which winds among seven interconnected ponds linking Dauphin Run, Millers Run and Chartiers Creek. Mr. Heinrich also led a group of volunteers to restore a small bridge. Mr. Heinrich’s service project has benefitted the South Fayette School District, the South Fayette Conservation Group and the residents of South Fayette. In addition to receiving numerous Merit Badges, Mr. Heinrich is the recipient of the Boy Scouts of America Outdoor Ethics Awareness and Ethics Action Awards. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Noah Heinrich has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
