This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Suzanne Foster of McKeesport upon the monumental occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. The former Suzanne Mihelcic and Joseph Foster were married on November 20, 1965 by Rev. Richard Rapp. They are the proud parents of four grandchildren, Patti, Joe, Debbie, and Jim, and the grandparents of eight cherished grandchildren, with one on the way, and two great-grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize this couple’s impressive dedication to each other over the years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Joseph and Suzanne Foster on this great milestone and wish them happiness for many years to come.
