This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Trevor Dobbins of Boy Scout Troop 860 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting’s most distinguished honor. We commend Mr. Dobbin’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Mr. Dobbins created eight wooden, engraved and painted, mile markers for the Panhandle Trail, which stretches for 29 miles from Walkers Mill in Collier Township, Pennsylvania to Colliers, West Virginia. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Trevor Dobbins has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
