WHEREAS, Founded by the Honorable Ralph P. Watson, CLASSIC EVENTS! Public Relations and Marketing group brings both awareness and exposure to the business interest of entrepreneurs while directly connecting them to civic leaders, decision makers, politicians; and
WHEREAS, CLASSIC EVENTS! Supports the infusion of small business development within our region to be an essential component to the overall success of Allegheny County and the outlining communities as small business has proven to provide stimulus to local economy; and
WHEREAS, CLASSIC EVENTS! Public Relations, Marketing group hosts a variety of concurrent market specific community-based events that are entitled: YOUTHPRENEUR Project, “LADIES who NETWORK,” BUSINESS/POLITICAL NETWORKING MIXER, TASTE o’da BURGH and THE SALUTE TO LEGAL EXCELLENCE Dinner. CLASSIC EVENTS! was created to empower entrepreneurs with essential components for the success of their business, organization, product or service. Furthermore, giving entrepreneurs a direct marketing platform to gain access and exposure to new business markets while enhancing opportunities; and
WHEREAS, CLASSIC EVENTS! will celebrate its 5th Annual Black History Celebration Dinner with the theme, SALUTE TO THE BLACK CHURCH. As we also acknowledge those who tragically lost their lives at the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston South Carolina; and
WHEREAS, CLASSIC EVENTS! recognizes the civic, social and humanitarian efforts at this 2016 SALUTE TO THE BLACK CHURCH of all faiths-all churches to include: AME, APOLOSTIC, BAPTIST, CATHOLIC, CHRISTIAN, C.O.G.I.C., EPISCOPALIAN, LUTHERAN, METHODIST, MUSLIM, NON-DENOMINATIONAL, PENETECOST, PRESBYTERIAN, and SEVEN-DAY ADVENTIST for the historic contributions of each ministry while using the pulpit to advocate on behalf of the undeserved and people ...
