This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Robert Arthur Biddle, III of Boy Scout Troop 184 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting’s most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Biddle’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Robert organized a book drive for the Mental Health Unit at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Biddle has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
