This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Jacob Palmer of Boy Scout Troop 905 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, the highest Boy Scout rank; only five percent of all Boy Scouts earn this rank. Mr. Palmer has met all necessary requirements in areas of Leadership, Service and Outdoor Skills to advance to the Eagle Scout rank. This Council commends Mr. Palmer’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his dedication to our community. For his leadership service project, Jacob planned, provided fundraising for, and managed the development and construction of a new Flag Retirement Area in Moon Park, located in Moon Township. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Palmer has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
