Allegheny County Council is pleased to present this Certificate of Recognition to the Borough of Whitehall for uniting citizens, hosting businesses and promoting community spirit during its 26th Annual 5K Race and Community Day Celebration on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the Whitehall Borough Municipal Complex. This year, in addition to the annual 5K race, a one mile Fun Run for Kids will take place. The ‘Whitehall Wildlife’ theme will bring the community exciting animal shows, jungle themed inflatables and wood carving demonstrations. The fantastic entertainment will include local sensation and brand new recording artist the Justin Fabus Band, the Baldwin High School Marching Band and the Shade Sisters Dance Studio. The event will also include a variety of vendors, food, crafts, games and raffles, a climbing mountain, inflatables and DJ music. We recognize and thank the Borough of Whitehall for bringing this fun and memorable event to its residents year after year.
