This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Mr. and Mrs. Dante and Mary Leta Tabacchi of West Deer upon the monumental occasion of their 76th wedding anniversary. They were married by a judge in Winchester, Virginia on June 29, 1940 and were later married by the Rev. Joseph Kulacz in Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church on November 21st of that same year, after Mary Leta converted to Catholicism. The couple received a personalized papal blessing certificate from the Vatican in May, which included an Apostolic Blessing by Pope Francis. The couple have two children, Dan and Mary Leta, and are proud grandparents of four grandsons and two great-grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize the couple’s impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Tabacchi on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
