This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Connor Robert Bookser of Boy Scout Troop 905 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, the highest advancement rank in Boy Scouting; less than 2 percent of all male youth are able to earn this rank. Mr. Bookser has met all necessary requirements in areas of Leadership, Service and Outdoor Skills to advance to the Eagle Scout rank. This Council commends Mr. Bookser’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his dedication to our community. For his leadership service project, Connor planned, acquired sponsors for and managed the construction and installation of three park benches as well as the rehabilitation of an old fire pit area at Saint Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Bookser has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
