This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Mason James Miller of Boy Scout Troop 4 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, the highest advancement rank in Boy Scouting; less than 2 percent of all male youth are able to earn this rank. Mr. Miller has met all necessary requirements in areas of Leadership, Service and Outdoor Skills to advance to the Eagle Scout rank. This Council commends Mr. Miller’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his dedication to our community. For his leadership service project, Mason led Troop 4 in constructing a ceremonial fire pit area which included a stone circle and 8 benches for Christ United Methodist Church in Bethel Park. Mason organized a spaghetti dinner to raise funds for the project. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Miller has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
