This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Stephen James Wilson of Boy Scout Troop 653 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, the highest advancement rank in Boy Scouting; less than 2 percent of all male youth are able to earn this rank. Mr. Wilson has met all necessary requirements in areas of Leadership, Service and Outdoor Skills to advance to the Eagle Scout rank. This Council commends Mr. Wilson’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his dedication to our community. Stephen’s leadership service project benefitted the Western Pennsylvania Audubon Society with fabrication of a Chimney Swift Tower at Bairdford Park. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Wilson has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
