Certificate of Achievement awarded to Daniel Antonio DeCaria of Boy Scout Troop 1111 for earning the rank of Eagle Scout.

Body...

This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Daniel Antonio DeCaria of Boy Scout Troop 1111 in recognition of having met all necessary requirements to advance to the Eagle Scout ranking within the Boy Scouts of America. Eagle Scout is the highest Boy Scout rank; only five percent of all Boy Scouts earn this rank.  This Council commends Mr. DeCaria’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his dedication to improving the community. For his service project, Daniel made improvements to a cemetery located in West Mifflin, for the benefit of Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church of Duquesne. He scraped and painted a maintenance shed, scraped, repainted and repaired a cross, made brick mortar repairs, created a 6x6 foot prayer area with stone pavers and a roof overhang, installed two cement benches and a dusk to dawn outdoor light.  Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Daniel Antonio DeCaria has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow.  He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
