This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Adam Hoebler of Boy Scout Troop 296 in recognition of having met all necessary requirements to advance to the Eagle Scout ranking within the Boy Scouts of America. Eagle Scout is the highest Boy Scout rank; only five percent of all Boy Scouts earn this rank. This Council commends Mr. Hoebler’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his dedication to improving the community. For his service project, Adam placed donation boxes throughout the area, recruited fellow troop members to help collect and sort the donations, and created a permanent, sturdy donation box for the Veteran’s Place of Washington Boulveard, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness among veterans in the Pittsburgh region. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Adam Hoebler has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
