Body...

This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Christopher Matthew Lisle, Jr., a resident of Castle Shannon and member of Boy Scout Troop 23, in recognition of having met all necessary requirements to advance to the Eagle Scout ranking within the Boy Scouts of America. Eagle Scout is the highest Boy Scout rank; only five percent of all Boy Scouts earn this rank.  This Council commends Mr. Lisle’s diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his dedication to improving the community. For his service project, Christopher organized and led the building and installation of a dog enrichment park for Animal Friends in Ohio Township. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Lisle has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow.  He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
