Allegheny County Council is pleased to present this Certificate of Recognition to Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) James Hartz for honorably serving our country as a member of the United States Air Force Reserve. NCO Hartz is an active duty member stationed at the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station located at the 911th Airlift Wing Command Post in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Shaler Township will recognize NCO Hartz, and other local military service members, during its annual Community Day celebration on the 4th of July at Kiwanis Park.
