This Certificate is presented to the Sally Foster of O’ Hara, Pa upon the momentous occasion of being dedicated to gardening for over forty years. At the 83 years old, Mrs. Foster’s own personal garden was chosen as the winner in the small garden category of the Great Gardens Contest, which is organized and judged by the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Mrs. Foster’s extreme enthusiasm for gardening began when she joined a garden club many years ago. Today, Mrs. Foster’s love for flowers and gardening has bloomed into something more than she could ever imagine, and she is dedicated to passion on her knowledge to sprouting minds. This Council recognizes and congratulates Mrs. Sally Foster for her passion and dedication to gardening for over 40 years, and we commend her for enthusiasm to spreading her gardening knowledge to others throughout the county.
