Cox of Girl Scout Troop 71890, Upper Perkiomen Service Unit in recognition of her leadership abilities and meeting the necessary requirements to achieve the highest award in Girl Scouts, the Gold Award. This council commends Crystal for developing an innovative project titled “Let’s Talk about Race” that addressed the impact of racial injustice on youth in America. Through her project, Crystal educated individuals on issues occurring across the US and led open panel discussions. This Council applauds her outstanding dedication to serve her community and neighbors. Crystal serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
