More than 1,000 individuals from across the country submitted detailed stories regarding how their librarians have an impact on their communities and lives. Ms. Kelly was one out of ten awardees selected for their dedicated public service and the valuable role they play in transforming lives through education. This Council recognizes Ms. Paula Kelly for her passion and dedication to the Whitehall Public Library, and we commend her enthusiasm in spreading the love of reading to others throughout the county.
