Proclamation congratulating the L3 One Day Conference for hosting its first annual conference.

WHEREAS, on Friday, March 15, 2019, the L3 One Day Leadership will host their first leadership one-day conference at the Marriott Pittsburgh North in Cranberry; and
WHEREAS, the L3 Leadership was created by Founder, Doug Smith, who has dedicated his personal and professional life to mentoring and helping others realize the significant impact that mentoring has on others; and
WHEREAS, the L3 One Day Conference aims to motivate and teach individual leaders and organizational teams to learn, launch and lead effectively; and
WHEREAS, the L3 One Day Conference will host recognized individuals who have made an impact in their organizations and communities, such as: Matt Keller, Lead Pastor of Next Level Church, Kim Fleming, Chairman and CEO of Hefren-Tillotson, Dr. Chris Howard, President of Robert Morris University, and Saleem Ghubril, Executive Director of the Pittsburgh Promise;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the I, Allegheny County Council Member Tom Baker, do hereby do hereby congratulate the L3 One Day Conference for hosting its first annual conference, and I thank it for motivating and helping individuals grow to their maximum potential.
