WHEREAS, the Honorable Ralph P. Watson stepped away from public life to create Classic Events! Public Relations knowing small business is the foundation of any local economy. He successfully connects entrepreneurs to decision makers, community stakeholders, and elected officials thus accelerating business development and growth; and
WHEREAS, Watson further enhances the infusion of small business by hosting a trilogy of market specific events created to forge relationships, empower underserved segments, and educate and inform our region of the power of small business. This effective platform creates access and exposure for entrepreneurs while enhancing the socio-economic development of our region. Watson, via Classic Events!, remains an advocate for entrepreneurs as he produces the Award-winning PCTV business/public affairs cable show “Classic Events! Entrepreneur Network”; which provides another platform to showcase any Organization, Business, or Product of Service; and
WHEREAS, dedicated to the loving memory and inspiration of Shirley L. Watson, the 5th Annual Classic Events! Salute to Legal Excellence Dinner/Formal Gala will be held October 19, 2019. This prestigious recognition will be bestowed upon a diverse group of individuals who represent various levels of the legal profession. They include:
