Mr. Donald Keffer of Bethel Park, PA was born on October 29, 1919. A lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, Mr. Keffer is a WWII veteran and POW. Mr. Keffer was a dedicated scoutmaster for many years, in which he acquired many skills and talents. We honor and commend Mr. Donald Keffer for his longevity and we wish him the best as he celebrates his 100^th birthday.
