This certificate is presented to TREA: The Enlisted Association in recognition of their dedication to enhancing the quality of life for uniformed services enlisted personnel, their families and survivors. Founded in 1963 in Colorado Springs by Air Force retirees, George Skonce and Dean Sorrell, TREA: The Enlisted Association was awarded a Charter from Congress in 1992. There are currently 54 active Chapters in the United States. The organization is devoted to the following: stopping the erosion of earned benefits through legislative efforts, maintaining their esprit de corps, exemplifying patriotism and continuing devotion to God and Country. Allegheny County Council commends TREA: The Enlisted Association for their dedication to all uniformed services enlisted personnel, their families and survivors.
