Proclamation honoring the life, memory and legacy of William “Bill” G. Patrizio.

WHEREAS, Allegheny County Council does hereby honor the life of the late William “Bill” G. Patrizio, a dedicated husband, devoted father and business owner who passed away on November 29, 2019 at the age of 57; and
WHEREAS, a resident of Bethel Park, Bill was a devoted husband to his wife, Beth L. (Martin) Patrizio for 26 years and together they had three children, Sely, Alexa, and William Patrizio; and
WHEREAS, Bill was a proud fourth generation business owner for his family’s business, Patrizio Art Mosaic, where he began as a laborer and eventually became President; and
WHEREAS, his business, Patrizio Art Mosaic has made significant contributions to Allegheny County by designing and installing beautiful mosaic terrazzo artwork on the floors of the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport, South Hills Village, the sidewalks of Grant Street and Uptown Mt. Lebanon, and numerous other locations; and
WHEREAS, Bill, an avid golfer, lived a life full of passion, laughter and extreme devotion to his family;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that I, Allegheny County Council Member Sue Means, do hereby honor the life, memory and legacy of William “Bill” G. Patrizio, and I extend condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.
