Allegheny County Council is pleased to present this Certificate to Damian Williams of Boy Scout Troop 23 in recognition of having met all necessary requirements to advance to the rank of Eagle Scout. This council commends Mr. Williams for leading a service project in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Beechview in collaboration with Pretty Up Beechview, a community group dedicated to maintaining and beautifying the neighborhood of Beechview. In order to help beautify Beechview, Mr. Williams built several benches that were used as seating in the new community garden. Mr. Williams serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County
