Allegheny County Council is pleased to present this Certificate to Christopher Thomas Wolfe of Boy Scout Troop 23 in recognition of having met all necessary requirements to advance to the rank of Eagle Scout. This council commends Christopher for leading a service project at Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church. Christopher helped beautify the church’s landscaping by removing shrubs and a brick wall. Christopher Thomas Wolfe serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
