Allegheny County Council is pleased to present this Certificate to Kenneth Pierce, Jr. of Boy Scout Troop 53 in recognition of having met all necessary requirements to advance to the rank of Eagle Scout. This council commends Kenneth for leading a project in Lincoln Borough. Kenneth constructed a firepit, tables and benches for the community to enjoy. Kenneth serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
