Allegheny County Council is pleased to present this certificate of recognition to Patricia Bender in recognition of her extreme display of dedication over the years to Southminster Child Care Center. Patricia, a resident of Bethel Park, began working at Southminster Child Care Center on April 8, 1996. Over the years, Patricia has worked primarily with the 2-year-old toddlers. Several years ago, Patricia obtained her Child Development Accreditation to add to her knowledge of early childhood. This council recognizes Patricia Bender for her 25 years of dedicated service to Southminster Child Care Center, and we thank her for her devotion towards the youth of Allegheny County.
