Motion of the Council of Allegheny County authorizing retention of the services of the law firm of Frank, Gale, Bails & Pocrass, PC, to provide legal advice, representation and consultation to County Council.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,
That this Council hereby authorizes the acceptance of the services of the law firm of Frank, Gale, Bails & Pocrass, PC to provide legal advice, representation and consultation to County Council, and the retention of said firm consistent with the terms of its proposed fee structure and scope of representation for a period beginning on or about February 1, 2024 and extending through January 31, 2026. The President of Council is hereby authorized to execute any documents and take such other actions as may be required to effectuate the terms of this authorization.
