At the Regular Meeting of Allegheny County Council held on September 20, 2005, Council unanimously approved the attached Motion, sponsored by Council President Rich Fitzgerald, supporting the cooperation of Allegheny County and Washington County in attempting to explore the development of a watershed management plan for the Chartiers Creek Watershed.
