Dear Mr. Donahoe,

 

At the Regular Meeting of Allegheny County Council held on December 20, 2005, Council passed by a vote of 10-4 the attached Motion sponsored by Council Member Kress Expressing the Sense of Council of Allegheny County urging the Allegheny Regional Asset District (ARAD) to revise its internal operating procedures to allow for the consideration of applications for discretionary funding for entities that provide a broad range of services vital to the quality of life for residents of the County.

 

Council Members Cleary, DeFazio, Gastgeb, Jabbour, Kress, Martoni, Nerone, Robinson, Watt, and Fitzgerald voted yes; Council Members Fawcett, Francis, Frazier, and Price voted no; and Council Member Rea was not present for the vote.
