At the Regular Meeting of Allegheny County Council held on March 23, 2006, Council unanimously approved the attached Motion (Bill No. 2497-06) sponsored by Council Member Chuck Martoni entitled, “A Motion Expressing the Sense of Council of Allegheny County urging that Governor Rendell and the Pennsylvania General Assembly work with all possible and deliberate speed to secure funding for the refurbishment of two bridges in the Borough of Emsworth, Allegheny County.”
